Chard Woman Bianca Rocha Charged with Two Burglaries in Winsham

A Chard woman has been charged with carrying out burglaries at two Somerset properties over the weekend.

Bianca Rocha is accused of committing burglaries in Winsham on Saturday, June 7.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said the 31 year old was arrested the same day and was subsequently charged with two counts of burglary and one count of assaulting an emergency worker.

Rocha was remanded in custody to appear before Yeovil Magistrates' Court on June 9. However, given the current state of our justice system, many will feel it is likely she will not be gone for long before being let back out onto the streets.
